General Notes:
John Lees, b 1771/1777 arrived as a free settler on the "Ganges" on
02-06-1851. He served his time as soldier in the NSW Corps and when
discharged was granted 90 acres of land at Evan (Castlereagh). John built the
first Wesleyan Cahpel on land next to his home.
